In-Person Training
Guided customized workouts with personal trainer, Bobby Parker, in Ooltewah, TN.
Being in-person allows Bobby to make real-time adjustments to exercises, in depth analysis of movements/posture/weakness and give you cues to build a better mind-muscle connection.

Virtual 1-on-1 Training
Online training utilizes a state-of-the-art APP for easy tracking, scheduling, and communication with your trainer. You’ll receive a personalized workout schedule (with instructional videos), and a customized nutrition plan.

Nutrition Plans
Each training package includes a nutrition plan to maximize your results and promote a total healthy lifestyle. Your trainer will create a meal plan to fit calorie and macro goals, including cheat meals.
Using a 3-phase multi-step nutrition plan, your trainer will monitor your progress to decide when metrics need to be changed.
